Warranty and returns
Warranty for aggregates and components
- New, restoration of aggregates and components is covered by a warranty for a period of 6 months or 20,000 km (whichever comes first).
- Used units are guaranteed for 14 days from the moment of sale.
Warranty conditions do not apply
- Damage to units or components as a result of transportation, incorrect installation, operation, road accidents, etc.
- On units that were installed (operated) in violation of the rules or installation (operation) technologies.
- On units with worn or damaged dust filters during installation or operation (as these are consumables).
The warranty case is considered within 14 days from the moment of returning the product.
Attention! The client's additional costs related to delivery, removal/installation and repair by our company are not compensated. |
Return of products
The return of products is possible within 14 days from the moment of placing the order under the following conditions:
- absence of traces of installation, operation and other interventions;
- preservation of the entire package and receipt;
- prior notification of the manager of our company about the fact of return (by phone, messenger or e-mail).
Return of payments
The refund period is from 1 to 10 working days from the moment of confirmation by the company manager.
The method of refund depends on the method of payment for the order and is returned only to the card (account) of the person or organization that paid for the order.
According to the requirements of ISO 13616, all payments (including to the card of individuals) are made exclusively using accounts in the IBAN format.
